Why I built this
When I was rebuilding myself, nothing out there felt complete.
A 45-minute therapy session every two weeks wasn’t enough to go deep and truly support change. Pop psychology was too shallow and generic. And the wellness world gave me a blanket prescription that just didn’t fit me.
So I built what I needed: a grounded, holistic framework that combines science, discipline, and self-respect.
This is the system I used to rebuild my mind, my body, and my identity. It’s rooted in lived experience and backed by research in psychology, trauma recovery, and behavioural science.

How Does This Work?
Rebuild Yourself is a guided 8-week rebuild, designed to help you first stabilise, then solidify real, lasting change without overwhelm or pressure.
You’re supported while it matters most, then gradually given space to stand on your own again but with a supportive structure to lean on, whenever you need.
This isn’t another space in your life to cause you headaches and overwhelm from endless content dumping.
It’s a finite rebuild with an intentional, sequential, effective structure that’s designed to help you leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more self-directed.
What’s Included?
Modules are released progressively, so you’re not overwhelmed or rushing ahead intellectually, while your nervous system lags behind.
This is something you own and can return to whenever life shifts, and includes all future updates.

If you’re stuck in cycles of emotional eating, binge–restrict patterns, under-fuelling during the day, or dealing with digestive and hormonal chaos, this module helps you stabilise things at the root.
You’ll learn how to build simple, balanced meals, eat enough across the day, support your minerals, sleep and blood sugar, and use food as a steadying, pleasurable and fuelling force, instead of a source of stress, overwhelm and shame.
No fads, no obsessive tracking, and no extreme rules. A healthy relationship with food that puts your real life at the forefront.

This course is intentionally built for people who feel dysregulated, overwhelmed, inconsistent, or ‘not themselves.’
You don’t need to be stable, fully motivated, or organised to get started. The early modules rebuild your baseline first, so you can actually follow through.
If you have even a little willingness to grow, and can press play on a lesson, you’ll benefit.
This program is designed to support people with low bandwidth.
The lessons focus on increasing your vitality and overall life energy. They’re practical, grounding, and intentionally built to be relaxing and gently stimulating, so they refresh you where you need it most. That means you can still make real progress even if you’re tired, busy, or emotionally flat when you start.
A huge part of this course is helping you raise your baseline in a way that naturally flows for you.
And yes, it’s completely fine if your starting point is below your zero. This program was built with that reality in mind.
Most self-help overwhelms you with information but gives you no structure, accountability, or real support to follow through.
Therapy can help, but it’s often costly, spaced out, and not always practical enough for day-to-day change.
This course is built differently. It’s built around nervous system science, identity work, and behaviour sequencing in the exact order humans actually change.
It’s focused, grounded, and made to create real momentum, not more confusion or overwhelm.
You can absolutely pair it with therapy. It gives you the stability and clarity you need between sessions so your progress compounds.

We all know by now healing isn’t linear, but most of us still struggle to give ourselves grace.
This course does not demand rigid consistency or high-pressure results. Instead, it teaches you how to catch dips early, recover quickly, and return to your baseline without shame or dramatic “starting over.” You can revisit modules anytime, and you’ll learn how to “fail fast,” reset with intention, and stay above your personal zero.
There is no failing this course.
Most programs rely on temporary glow-ups that collapse the moment life gets messy again. They push you into a version of yourself you can’t sustain.
This program is the opposite. It’s meticulous, deep, and designed to fit who you actually are and want to evolve into.
You rebuild your foundations first: sleep, nourishment, nervous system regulation, clarity, and stability. Then you add in identity work, boundaries and habits layered in the sequence your brain actually learns in.
Nothing collapses later because everything is built on a solid foundation that matches the biology of lasting change, not trends, hacks, or shortcuts.
Refund & Commitment Policy –
Rebuild Yourself is designed for real transformation, not passive consumption. Because of that, commitment matters.
To support clarity and safety at the start, there is a 7-day orientation window from the date you join.
The first week is intentionally focused on Module 0: the Primer, so you can ease into the program gently and prime your mindset and headspace to be fertile for the work ahead.
If, within the first 7 days, you genuinely feel this program is not a fit, you may request a refund by emailing me before the orientation window closes.
Once the program progresses beyond this point, refunds are not offered.
This policy exists to balance personal responsibility with psychological safety.
Commitment is a key part of the work of this program, the orientation phase exists to help your commitment grow from within, not something externally forced.
Removing that exit door after orientation is what allows the deeper nervous system, behavioural, and identity shifts to take hold.
